This is Thag. Thag is the village storyteller.
Every night Thag would entertain the villagers with stories.
And every day Thag would tell the children of the village stories to teach them.
Villager also told each other stories. Stories were an important part of the villagers lives.
One day a villager reported the appearance of strangers nearby.
The villagers became frightened and decided they must protect themselves from the strangers.
The villagers stopped attending Thag’s nightly stories.
The children stopped attending their daily stories.
The villagers even stopped telling each other stories.
When we get scared curiosity is the first thing to go. Fear is the only thing that can stop stories.
