Krishna And The Wives — or What The Call To Adventure is Like

Here’s what the Call to Adventure is like:

A long time ago some Indian wives were doing the only things there were allowed to do: chores.

They suddenly heard beautiful ethereal music.

They set out in the neighboring woods to find the music.

They eventually discovered the music was coming from Krishna and his flute.

Instead of going immediately back to their chores, they spent the day dancing and laughing with God.

The call to adventure is when you’re called away from mundane, boring life to encounter God — from there, when you finally get back to your chores you’re changed, so nothing is like it was. You bring that piece of God to everything you do and everyone you meet.
